Troutmoor, Inc. dba Great Lakes Fly Fishing Company offers a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. We want you to be completely satisfied with our service and our products. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please call us at 1-800-303-0567 to let us know and return the NEW items to us in their original packaging within 30 days for a full refund on the credit card you used to make the purchase, less shipping costs. Shipping charges on a returned item(s) cannot be reimbursed unless it is being returned due to a mistake on our part or the item(s) was defective in some way.

 

Return Policy for pre-owned/used products:  pre-owned items are allowed a 3-day inspection period. If you want to return the item please call us at 1-800-303-0567 to let us know and return the used items to us in their original packaging within 3 days for a full refund on the credit card you used to make the purchase, less shipping costs. All pre-owned or used product sales are final after 3 days.

Gift Certificate Returns:  Gift Certificates cannot be returned for cash.
